Stop To Smell The Roses polaroid was photographed using an SX-70 Polaroid Camera.
With Polaroids, the textures, tones and little quirks are what make them so unique and magical.
Stop To Smell The Roses was taken on a walk at the very beginning of the first lockdown. It felt like Spring outside and we were spending our days doing Joe Wick's workouts and walking in our local park. This polaroid was taken in our favourite park, Calderstones which is in Liverpool, where we live.
(Fun fact - If you watch the film Nowhere Boy, some of the park scenes with John Lennon and Paul McCartney are walking through Calderstones Park, just like they would have done growing up)
Polaroids are scanned and then printed-to-order using inkjet printers onto beautiful 308gsm Hahnemüle Photorag paper.
Colours may slightly vary from screen to print.
