HOW ARE THE PRINTS PACKAGED?
All prints up to a size A3 are printed to order and shipped by our printing lab. Each print is packaged in a clear sleeve with hardboard, in a sturdy flat cardboard mailer.
All our other products are lovingly packaged and sent from our studio in Liverpool..
Poster prints will be rolled in tissue paper and shipped in a sturdy cardboard tube.
A5 Art Prints and Greeting Cards are individually wrapped in compostable cello bags and shipped in cardboard backed envelopes.
To avoid damaging your goods, please take care when removing your print from its packaging.
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING COSTS?
All customers receive an email when the order is received and then dispatched, so if you haven't seen this, please check your junk folder.

Delivery is 2-3 working days after leaving either our lab or our home.

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail International tracked.

Please bear in mind, that due to Covid-19, the postal system is under a lot of extra pressure and some orders are taking a little longer to arrive.

DO YOU OFFER THE SAME SIZES FOR EVERY PRINT?
We choose our sizes to compliment each particular image and to ensure the best quality print.
ARE YOU ECO-FRIENDLY?
Being Eco-friendly is extremely important to us. For our Fine Art Prints, we produce your print using an end-to-end Carbon Neutral partner, The Print Space.
What does this mean?
It means your order’s carbon footprint is offset and invested in renewable energy through The Gold Standard offset program. This investment approach is recommended by Greenpeace.
For all of our other products our printer is a zero to landfill site. 95% of their waste is manufactured back into recycled products and the remaining 5% is converted into Refuse Derived Fuel.
We use compostable cello bags for all of our Greeting Cards and our Mini Prints.
Most of our prints fit many 'off the shelf' frames from places like Ikea and Habitat. You can also head to a framers to get them professionally framed if you'd prefer. For our posters it can be nice to try something different and use washi tape or clips... and our smallest A5 Art Prints look nice on a shelf or in a home office.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
If you would like to return your purchase, please drop us an email. We ask for you to return your order and once received we will issue a refund. This is provided that the item is re-saleable and we receive it within 30 days. Please note, we do not pay for return shipping costs.
